Any person/entity who is aggrieved by any Content or advertisement published on the Platform may file a complaint against such content or advertisement.
For a complaint or any other issue faced by a user, the same may be submitted to the email address of the grievance officer of Kyn as mentioned herein. The information pertaining to grievance officer is published herein in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and amendments if any. This information is published herein to ensure that all grievances received are addressed on time and resolved in an efficient manner.
The complaint should provide such information as is necessary in order for Kyn to dispose of the complaint in an efficient manner. The Complainant is required to provide details like username of the relevant account holder from our platform against whom complaint is submitted, specific content/video number or URL or link that is of concern and reason(s) for such a takedown request, nature of the complaint, accurate facts on how the grievance is caused, details of the complainant to enable Kyn to reach him/her if necessary.
After the receipt of the complaint, the grievance officer shall verify the facts of the complaint and initiate enquiry in a way that he deems fit, with the goal of resolving the complaint in the best possible manner.
Users can also report content/user via the report option available in the app.
